Conor FrantzenHead of Adventure Systems
Conor oversees the design and implementation of the company’s internal technology ecosystem. He focuses on building scalable, integrated solutions that enhance operational efficiency, empower staff, and support Nat Hab’s mission of conservation through exploration.
Originally from Maine, Conor’s passion for the outdoors began early—hiking, skiing, and playing sports throughout all seasons. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College, where he combined academic focus with hands-on leadership, including guiding wilderness orientation trips, volunteering for ski patrol, and studying abroad in Barcelona.
He began his career in experiential education, leading and managing domestic and international youth expeditions for Overland. Over several years, he transitioned into operational and strategic roles at the company, working across logistics, sales, and new program development.
Following years of professional experience in the travel and adventure sectors, Conor completed his MBA at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder. There, he concentrated on IT and business strategy, entrepreneurship, and financial management.
Now based in the Rocky Mountains with his wife, their two young boys, and their dog, Echo, Conor continues to blend his deep love of the outdoors with a pragmatic approach to systems design. Outside of work, he enjoys trail running, off-road triathlons, and exploring wild places with his family.
