Shelley grew up in New Delhi, India. She loves traveling to unexplored destinations and is passionate about nature. She graduated from university with a degree in travel and tourism and later pursued a post-graduate course in business administration. Shelley has been working in the travel industry since 2006. Always eager to overdeliver, Shelley is meticulous, pragmatic and believes in going the extra mile for her guests, the right traits to possess in her role as a Travel Desk Concierge at Nat Hab. She loves her work and feels blessed to be in a role that gives her the privilege of creating happy memories for thousands of people.

Shelley currently resides in Delhi. Outside of work, she is a regular practitioner of naturopathy and yoga and enjoys hiking, part of her ongoing quest for new outdoor experiences.
