Travel Protection Plans

Natural Habitat Adventures offers two travel protection plans, both of which offer valuable coverage at a competitive price…a feature we believe is very important when traveling to some of the world's most out-of-the-way destinations.

1. Natural Habitat Adventures Comprehensive Travel Protection Plan
   Our full comprehensive plan includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage, medical evacuation and additional post-departure benefits.

2. Natural Habitat Adventures Medical Evacuation Only Plan
   Our emergency medical evacuation plan covers your transportation expenses to the nearest medical facility.

To file a claim, please contact Arch Insurance Solutions at 844-872-4163 or file and electronic claim here. Refer to Natural Habitat Adventures Comprehensive Travel Protection Plan: policy name NH09 (NH07 - if purchased September 19, 2023 to September 30, 2025); or Medical Evacuation Only Plan: policy name NH10 (NH08 - if purchased September 19, 2023 to September 30, 2025). Your policy name will appear on your trip invoice and Description of Coverage provided by Nat Hab.

Optional Medjet Membership Plan

We are now offering a medical evacuation membership plan through a third-party provider, Medjet. In summary, regardless of medical necessity, if you become hospitalized internationally or domestically—150 miles or more from your primary residence—Medjet will arrange medical transportation to a home-country hospital of your choice for inpatient care.
