Erin LynchMarketing Production Manager
Born in New York and raised in Nebraska and North Carolina, Erin grew up immersed in the outdoors. As the youngest of three, she spent family vacations backpacking, chasing her older brothers (her best friends to this day) and enjoying lakeside adventures. With a family full of pilots, she hopes to become a bush pilot herself one day.
Her love for adventure took her to Portland, Oregon, where she earned a marketing degree from the University of Portland while rowing competitively. Her first “real” job as a whitewater raft guide sparked a passion for sharing the outdoors—especially with newcomers—and introduced her to the world of action sports. After a stint in the bike industry and earning her motorcycle license, she shifted into the travel sector, drawn to crafting experiences rather than selling products. A career highlight was traveling to Antarctica aboard the Australis, where she crossed the Drake Passage, kayaked among icebergs, plunged into polar waters and woke each day thrilled for new encounters with whales, seals and so many penguins.
Erin’s personal travels have taken her around the world, sparking meaningful friendships—including one born on a Swiss train—and unforgettable memories. She’s attended the last three Women’s World Cups in Canada, France and Australia/New Zealand. Currently embracing a nomadic lifestyle, she jokes that she’s “based everywhere but also nowhere,” spending more time on the road than at home. In her free time, she enjoys photography, whitewater rafting and collecting patches from her global adventures.
