Alex RozmanOperations Coordinator
Alex was born and raised in Minnesota, where he developed a strong connection to the outdoors at an early age. Summers spent paddling canoes through the Boundary Waters of northern Minnesota, and family trips exploring the beaches and jungles of Costa Rica helped shape his appreciation for nature, adventure and travel. He followed that passion to the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Drawn to Colorado’s active lifestyle and access to year-round recreation, Alex chose to remain in Boulder after graduation and has called it home for more than a decade. After graduating from college, Alex spent several months road-tripping through national parks across the western United States, further deepening his appreciation for wild places. He later volunteered for two months at a hostel on Lake Atitlan in Guatemala, where he gained experience living abroad, connecting with travelers from around the world and immersing himself in a new culture. Travel, exploration and meaningful connections continue to be central to his life.
In 2025, Alex joined Natural Habitat Adventures as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, he supports the logistics and coordination behind Nat Hab’s nature-based travel experiences. He is excited to contribute to an organization that closely aligns with his values and interests. Outside of work, Alex spends as much time as possible outdoors, whether hiking, skiing, climbing or playing pickleball. He often brings his camera along on these adventures and enjoys photographing landscapes and wildlife.
