Troy SieversNorth America Fleet Manager
Troy’s path to Nat Hab has been shaped by exploration, photography and a lifelong respect for nature. A modern naturalist at heart, he believes in being a guest in every ecosystem he visits. Drawn to the outdoors like a compass needle to true north, he spends summers roaming national parks on photo expeditions, chasing the perfect moments when light, landscape and wildlife align to tell a story.
A certified dive master, Troy is equally at home above or below the surface, having explored coral reefs and kelp forests around the world with a camera in hand. Travel has been his classroom, teaching him new cultures, perspectives and ways of seeing.
Before his life behind the lens, Troy served in the U.S. Marine Corps, deploying during Desert Storm and in Somalia. Those experiences instilled in him calm leadership, steady judgment and a quiet confidence that continues to guide his work today.
Troy is also passionate about service and mentorship. Whether helping new photographers develop their craft, supporting fellow travelers in the field or volunteering in local communities, he is driven by a desire to make a positive impact wherever he goes.
Part adventurer, part storyteller, part problem solver, Troy brings curiosity, discipline and care to his role as North America Fleet Manager for Nat Hab’s Adventure Operations. For him, every journey offers another chance to learn something new—and to capture the world’s wild beauty one image at a time.
