Heather came to Boulder from the mountain town of Crested Butte, Colorado, where she enjoyed outdoor adventure as a ski patroller. Prior to joining Nat Hab, she worked in sports medicine for a decade. Heather was born and raised as a first-generation American in Oklahoma, where she attended the University of Oklahoma and studied biochemistry. After college, her travels took her skiing in Japan, running from the the Red Sea to the Dead Sea in Jordan, and teaching yoga in Hawaii. Outside work, Heather finds community in Boulder through yoga and outdoor pursuits. In her free time, you can find Heather and her husband exploring in their van, backcountry skiing, cooking, practicing yoga, biking and running in the alpine.
