Caroline NassifSenior Adventure Director
Caroline’s connection to the natural world began with scuba lessons from her father in their family pool in Los Angeles. Those early experiences sparked a lasting interest in the ocean, leading her to explore marine ecosystems around the world. She has dived with hammerhead sharks in the Galapagos, whale sharks in the Maldives and great white sharks in Guadalupe. She is also a certified Divemaster, reinforcing her commitment to understanding and protecting marine environments.
Caroline attended the University of California, Irvine, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies and sociology. She spent a semester in Rome, where she developed an early appreciation for travel and cross-cultural experience. She later spent more than a decade at Earthwatch, working in both sales and operations. During this time, she helped manage student expeditions and regional programs, building a strong foundation in logistics, planning and field support.
She joined Earthwatch Expeditions by Nat Hab in 2026, overseeing the systems and processes that support trip operations, with a focus on coordination and efficiency. She believes that connecting people with nature plays an important role in its preservation. Through careful planning and attention to detail, she supports experiences designed to foster a lasting appreciation for the natural world.
Caroline lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in and around the ocean.
