The grounds center on a beachside swimming pool and open-air gathering spaces, including the Fyah Beach Bar set along the shoreline. Hammocks and shaded seating line the beach, with easy access to both the sea and lagoon environments that define this part of coastal Belize.

Accommodations are in one- and two-bedroom beachfront suites with full living spaces. One-bedroom suites feature a king bed and an open layout with a living room and full kitchen, along with a private porch or balcony facing the Caribbean Sea. Two-bedroom penthouse suites include a king bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, along with two en suite bathrooms, vaulted ceilings and a larger open-concept living space. All suites include air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave, and bathrooms with both a shower and bathtub.

Dining is spread across multiple waterfront venues. Casa de Maiz focuses on tacos inspired by Mexican and Mayan traditions, with handmade tortillas and fillings such as mole and aguachile served alongside lagoon views. Don Tonito’s prepares wood-fired pizzas in traditional fogn ovens, with house-made sauces and local herbs. The Fyah Beach Bar offers cocktails, local beers and casual bites in an open-air setting between the pool and beach.

The on-site In Lak’ech Spa offers treatments rooted in Mayan tradition, including cacao and cinnamon body scrubs, massage therapies and restorative treatments designed for relaxation after time in the sun. Guests can also use complimentary kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles to explore the surrounding coastline, nearby villages and calm lagoon waters.
