Audrey Jo Mills

From 2007, Audrey Jo worked for the U.S. Antarctic and Arctic Programs supporting complex logistics and field operations throughout Antarctica and serving as Site Manager in Kangerlussuaq, Greenland—the largest U.S. scientific logistical hub in the Arctic. Through these roles she became acquainted with the Nat Hab community and took a position as the company's Greenland Operations Coordinator for the 2019 season. Audrey has also been a supervisory park ranger for the state of Oregon and the National Park Service. In 2021 she returned to Nat Hab after serving as the Palmyra Atoll Operations Manager for The Nature Conservancy’s Hawaii Chapter. Audrey holds a BA degree in Physical Anthropology and has pursued coursework toward a Master’s in the same field.
As a side pursuit, Audrey founded and owned a hostel in northcentral Washington for 10 years before recently selling the business. She enjoys hiking and camping with her pup, Sausage Biscuit, and she hopes to take her Colorado nieces and nephews to the top of their first 14ers next summer.
