Estimated from $13498 (+ Internal Air)
Limited to 12 Participants
Track and monitor endangered black rhinos on the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, where their numbers have rebounded from just 20 in 1993 to more than 180 today. Then fly north to the remote Namunyak Conservancy and Reteti Elephant Sanctuary where you’ll meet Samburu keepers caring for orphaned elephants and preparing them for a return to the wild.
Safari from the plains beneath Mount Kenya to the rugged Mathews Range, encountering lions, elephants and giraffes before searching for leopards and wild dogs.
Meet the world’s last two northern white rhinos, then go into the field with researchers to find and identify endangered black rhinos by examining their unique ear notches.
Build on Ol Pejeta’s black rhino comeback by adding to research that reveals how habitat can be restored and managed to sustain a growing rhino population.
