At Nat Hab, we provide access to some of the most wondrous nature and cultural encounters the world has to offer. Many take place in destinations that are wild and remote, with varying physical demands and limited medical facilities. All trips may not be suitable for every traveler. In order to participate in this itinerary, travelers must comfortably and reliably be able to execute all physical requirements as noted below.

Some early mornings are scheduled to ensure ideal timing for cultural experiences
Travelers must be able to walk continuously for 2 miles unassisted along a variety of terrain and should expect to walk a total of 2-4 miles per day
Walks range from 1-3 miles each.
Most walks are at a leisurely pace with guided interpretation
Terrain includes dirt and gravel paths which sometimes include mild inclines and short flights of steep trail steps; sand beaches; and rough, rocky terrain that may be slippery.
For walks longer than 2 miles, shorter alternatives may be available or travelers may opt out of the activity
Longer walks may be offered for more active travelers at some locations or during free time at the hotel

Travelers must be fully mobile with good balance and be physically independent
Daytime temperatures range from the mid-to-upper 50s°F in May to the low-to-mid 60s°F from June through September
Mornings and evenings can dip into the upper 40s and low 50s°F, while wind can make coastal areas feel considerably cooler
Weather is highly changeable; rain is likely at any point, with Connemara, Inis Mór, and Donegal generally wetter and windier than Dublin
Travelers should expect variable conditions and dress in layers, including a waterproof and wind-resistant outer layer
