Early mornings and late nights are scheduled to allow maximum opportunity for sunrise, sunset and daytime exploration
Travelers must be able to walk at least 3 miles unassisted on dirt and rock trails with uneven terrain, steep inclines, and muddy or slippery surfaces
Some days will have more than one scheduled hike
Travelers should be physically independent and able to maintain balance in order to participate in the planned activities on the itinerary
Travel by van and Glacier’s iconic Red Buses
Frequent vehicle entry and exit based on scenery and wildlife
Three scenic boat rides on historic wooden boats and a larger Waterton cruise vessel
Scenic float on the Flathead River
Not appropriate for travelers using wheelchairs, walkers or canes
Daytime temps range from 50–80°F, depending on season and location
Overnight temps can drop below freezing, depending on season and altitude
Elevation ranges from 3,000 to 7,000 feet
