Group Size
Nature is best experienced in smaller groups, and this is especially true for our photography adventures. With no more than 10 travelers, you’re assured plenty of space and personalized attention when you need it. With a small group, we maintain the flexibility to adapt to changing conditions in a way that maximizes photo opportunities—we'll depart early in the morning to chase the best light, remain at a site of interest to fully explore its potential, or move on to a new destination. Our expert naturalist-photographer guide is always available to answer your questions, offers tips and share techniques, and help you better understand and photograph this stunning natural region.
Take this trip on a private basis, traveling exclusively with your immediate family, multi-generational family or group of friends.

Important Information About This Trip
This realm of sheer granite mountains and glaciers is among the most spectacular natural places on the planet. Most visitors to Patagonia trek and camp to access the scenic splendors of the region. Our custom-designed trip, however, utilizes atmospheric, well-appointed small hotels and lodges that place us among some of Patagonia’s most dramatic settings in genuine comfort. In order to experience the region most fully, please be prepared for some long drives and moderate hikes. Some challenging (though optional) hikes are also recommended in order to fully enjoy some of the most scenic areas.
Mandatory Insurance
Since the areas we travel to are remote and wild (that's why we go there!), we require that all guests have, at minimum, medical evacuation insurance for this program. This is for the safety of all guests. We require that your chosen independent insurance plan includes at least $250,000 in medical evacuation coverage.
To protect your investment and to provide peace of mind while you travel, we also strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Plans may cover everything from medical treatment to trip cancellations and delays and lost luggage. Please contact our office if you would like more information about the medical evacuation and comprehensive travel insurance policies we offer by calling 800-543-8917.
