Discover Amazon & Machu Picchu

A very important feature of our trips is the limited group size, as nature expeditions are best experienced with fewer travelers for more intimate wildlife encounters and a lighter footprint on the environment.

Trip price includes: Accommodations aboard our luxury Amazon ship and in luxury lodges and haciendas, services of Nat Hab's professional Expedition Leader(s), local guides and boat crew, all meals from Breakfast on Day 2 through lunch on final day, some alcoholic beverages, some gratuities, airport transfers on Day 1 and final day, room at the Lima airport hotel on final day (may also be used for overnight stay free of charge), all activities and entrance fees, all taxes, permits and service fees.

Travel to and from the start and end point of your trip, dinner on Day 1, some alcoholic beverages, some gratuities, passport and visa fees (if any), optional activities, items of a personal nature (phone calls, laundry, etc.), airline baggage fees, airport and departure taxes (if any), required medical evacuation insurance, optional travel protection insurance.

Internal air: All flights within the itinerary (this will be listed separately on our invoicing).

This trip combines visits to one of nature’s most legendary realms with one of history’s most astonishing discoveries. We have selected the best accommodations in the region, chosen for their comfort and authenticity. Guests should be prepared for humid, sticky conditions in the Amazon as well as high altitudes on the Machu Picchu portion of the trip.

Our Amazon vessels welcomes up to 28 guests, ensuring a comfortable and intimate experience throughout the journey. To keep the Cusco and Machu Picchu portion especially personal, we travel in two smaller groups of no more than 14 guests each. We then reunite in the Amazon, where the full group fits perfectly within the ship’s capacity. The ships are reserved exclusively for Nat Hab guests—so even when we come together, the experience still feels private, immersive and unhurried.

This trip begins and ends in Lima, and you may arrive at any time on Day 1, as there are no scheduled activities that day. Upon arrival, our local representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to our hotel. Day 1 dinner is at your leisure.

You may depart Lima any time after 8 pm on the final day.
