Nat Hab shall pay Field Team members $10 for each video clip that Nat Hab uses in our guest-facing marketing channels:

• Tier 2: Earn $3 Per Video Post, Story, or Reel on Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok

What Makes a More Valuable Video

Recording Vertical Videos

• Social media channels are serving vertical videos to the widest audience

• Holding your phone vertically for a “portrait” view

Showing the Guest/Guide Experience

• Speaking to the camera about what you’re doing/seeing, then showing it on video

• Smiling people wearing Nat Hab-branded gear

• “Behind the scenes” guide and field staff highlights

• Guests, guides, and/or staff enjoying themselves with nature/wildlife and in the background

• You do not need to show your face and talk to the camera in every video—you can also focus entirely on the subject
