The biological productivity in Antarctic waters is the highest in the world. Animal life abounds in the seas surrounding Antarctica, and migratory seabirds and marine mammals are found in tremendous numbers around the coastal areas during the summer, and on the sea ice during the rest of the year. Our small-boat voyage will get you up close and personal with seals, whales and penguins in a way that no cruise ship ever could.
