Limited to 6 travelers

Trip price includes: Private or small-group guided experience in Johannesburg and Soweto, services of a professional driver-guide, all transportation during the day, all entrance fees, lunch, and all applicable taxes and service fees.

Not included: Travel to and from Johannesburg, airport transfers (unless otherwise specified), gratuities for guides and drivers, beverages beyond those included with lunch, optional activities, and items of a personal nature.

• Travel throughout this experience is by road, with short drives between multiple locations in Johannesburg and Soweto.

• While distances are not long, traffic conditions in the city can be unpredictable and may impact timing throughout the day.

• Traveling by vehicle allows for a seamless and efficient way to visit several historically and culturally significant sites, with opportunities to stop, explore and engage more deeply at each location

• The itinerary is designed to balance time spent driving with meaningful exploration on the ground.

This extension takes place in Johannesburg, South Africa, and begins with a pre-night at Fairlawns Boutique Hotel & Spa. Guests must arrive in Johannesburg at least one day prior to their main itinerary and stay at Fairlawns in order to participate.

On the day of the experience, guests will be picked up from the hotel at approximately 8:00 am for a full-day guided exploration of Johannesburg and Soweto, returning later in the day. Lunch and all entrance fees are included.

If you have already booked a pre-night at Fairlawns, it will be replaced with this extension package. Guests staying at other hotels or arriving on Day 1 are not eligible to participate.

Following the experience, guests will continue on to the start of their main itinerary as scheduled.
