2028: Accommodations, services of a local guide and driver, all meals from breakfast on Day 2 through lunch on the final day, some gratuities, still camera fees, VIP airport arrival service, airport transfer on Day 1, all activities and entrance fees, and all taxes, permits and service fees.

2027 : Alcoholic beverages, items of a personal nature such as phone calls and laundry, fees for video cameras at the Taj Mahal monument, and gratuities for your local guide in Agra.

2028: Alcoholic beverages, items of a personal nature such as phone calls and laundry, fees for video cameras at the Taj Mahal monument, and gratuities for your local guides in Agra and Delhi.

This extension is designed for travelers with a basic level of mobility and does not require a high degree of physical fitness. Guests should be comfortable walking up to two miles at a steady pace over uneven ground and climbing multiple stairs at sites such as the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.

The itinerary also includes a long drive of five hours or more. While outings are planned to avoid the hottest part of the day when possible, temperatures can be very high and may exceed 110°F.

On this extension, our primary focus is visiting India’s famous cultural monuments—this is not a nature-based experience.

2027
This extension takes place after your main India adventure. On the final day of your main program, you’ll travel by private van from Delhi to Agra to begin the extension.

At the end of the extension, you’ll return to Delhi, where an overnight room will be available before your flight home. Please schedule your departing flight for after 7 pm on the final day of the extension.

2028
This extension takes place before your main India adventure and begins and ends in Delhi. Because of the long international journey, we recommend arriving the night before Day 1 so you have time to rest before the extension begins. If you arrive on Day 1, you may arrive at any time, as no scheduled activities are planned until Day 2.

After your time in Agra, you’ll return to Delhi for a guided sightseeing tour before your main program begins later that afternoon.
