Physical Requirements
At Nat Hab, we provide access to some of the most wondrous nature and cultural encounters the world has to offer. Many take place in destinations that are wild and remote, with varying physical demands and limited medical facilities. All trips may not be suitable for every traveler. In order to participate in this itinerary, travelers must comfortably and reliably be able to execute all physical requirements as noted below.

Walks range from 1–3 miles each, with most activities adjustable in length
Travelers should expect to walk a total of 1-3 miles per day
Terrain is mostly cobblestone or dirt paths, with some hills. Guests should be able to navigate uneven surfaces and hills.
Travel by sprinter van or small bus
Transport is mostly on paved, often winding roads, with some well-maintained dirt roads.
Not appropriate for travelers using wheelchairs or walkers
Alternate transportation can be provided to guests who wish to skip longer walks
Daytime temps range from the mid 70s °F in May to high 80s in July and August.
Overnight temps are cooler but generally mild
Rain is possible throughout the year. Daily showers are to be expected on autumn departures
