Physical Requirements
At Nat Hab, we provide access to some of the most wondrous nature encounters the world has to offer. Many take place in destinations that are wild and remote, with varying physical demands and limited medical facilities. All trips may not be suitable for every traveler. In order to participate in this itinerary, travelers must comfortably and reliably be able to execute all physical requirements as noted below.

Visit four locations over five days
Early mornings and late nights are scheduled to allow maximum opportunity for sunrise, sunset and daytime exploration
Travelers must be able to hike 3 miles unassisted along a variety of terrains
Hikes range from 1-3 miles each and there is the potential to cover 4-6 miles total throughout the day; travelers should expect 3-6 hours of physical activity daily
Terrain includes dirt and rock trails with uneven surfaces and steep inclines, which may be muddy or slippery
Activities take place at higher altitudes (up to 7000’ above sea level), where even basic exertion may feel more strenuous
Alternative activities are not available for travelers who choose to opt out of the scheduled hikes
A highlight hike is the Delicate Arch trail which covers 3 miles and 480 feet of elevation gain along a steadily inclining trail
Travel by van, occasionally on bumpy and winding dirt or rock roads
Travelers should be prepared to enter and exit the vehicle multiple times daily, depending on scenery and wildlife
Not appropriate for travelers using wheelchairs, walkers or canes
Daytime temps range from 50–90°F, depending on season and location
Overnight temps can drop below freezing, depending on season
Elevation ranges from 4,000 to 7,000 feet
