Nat Hab's Partnership with Lindblad Expeditions
Dear Friend,
I’d like to introduce you to a person who has had great influence on my life…and on the world of adventure travel.
Sven-Olof Lindblad is a longtime friend and colleague. He’s also a mentor. As the founder and co-chairman of the board of Lindblad Expeditions, Sven is the “first son” of ecotourism. His father, Lars-Eric, pioneered conservation travel, taking citizen explorers to remote destinations previously only the province of scientists and researchers, like Antarctica and the Galapagos.
In 2016, Lindblad Expedtitions became majority owner of Natural Habitat Adventures, a partnership that has yielded countless advantages for travelers and global conservation. This partnership has also expanded the realm of nature travel offerings in exciting new ways.
Specifically, Lindblad’s resources have allowed Nat Hab to develop innovative new trips, we share the same important values in conservation travel and our journeys complement one another. By adding Lindblad’s small expedition ship voyages to Nat Hab’s mostly land-based slate of adventures, we opened up a much wider range of nature travel opportunities for you.
As we've grown, key things have remained constant. Nat Hab still operates from our Boulder, Colorado headquarters, providing superlative, personalized customer service to our guests. And our trips are still led by the world’s best Expedition Leaders you’ve become accustomed to.
Now, you have even more nature journeys to choose from. Our Adventure Specialist staff is intimately familiar with Lindblad’s collection of global voyages and eager to share the many options with you.
I thought I'd get started with an invitation to peruse a sampler of Lindblad Expeditions cruises, listed below.
Sven and I hope to see you out there,
Ben Bressler
