Group Size
This is a customized extension and there is no group size limit.
Included
Airport transfers on Day 1 and the final day, accommodations as specified in your confirmed proposal, all meals while at Grootbos, non-alcoholic drinks (water, soft drinks, tea, coffee and minibar), guided botanical and forest walks, nature, marine and coastal drives including visits to Walker Bay Nature Reserve, De Kelders cliff and Klipgat Cave, seasonal land-based whale watching, horseback riding in the reserve, beach picnics, and all entry fees and taxes.
Not Included
Travel to and from the start and end point of the extension, alcoholic drinks, laundry and spa treatments at Grootbos, services of an NHA Expedition Leader, gratuities, passport and visa fees, optional activities including boat trips, scenic flights, wine tours, fat tire biking, horseback riding on the beach, items of a personal nature (phone calls, souvenirs, etc.), airport and departure taxes, any increase in entry fees or taxes, optional travel insurance, and required medical evacuation insurance.
Physical Requirements
Easy
The required levels of fitness depend on the exact tour options selected. Physical activities include easy to moderate outdoor walks that may last a few hours. Please be prepared for walking on both smooth and rough surfaces. Travelers should be able to climb stairs into a 4x4 vehicle and at some of the sights (i.e. beaches and caves) and be prepared for half days out and longer, scenic drives. This extension can be customized to meet specific physical requirements based on activities included in the Daily Itinerary.

Getting There & Getting Home
You may arrive anytime on Day 1 and depart anytime on the final day, however, as this is a customizable extension, please check with your Adventure Specialist upon finalizing your itinerary before booking flights. Transfers extending after 9 pm and before 6 am may require a surcharge.
