Physical Requirements
At Nat Hab, we provide access to some of the most wondrous nature encounters the world has to offer. Many take place in destinations that are wild and remote, with varying physical demands and limited medical facilities. All trips may not be suitable for every traveler. In order to participate in this itinerary, travelers must comfortably and reliably be able to execute all physical requirements as noted below.

Walks range from 1–3 miles each, with at least one short walk daily
Terrain includes gravel, pavement and dirt paths, sometimes on uneven ground
Most walks are at a leisurely pace with guided interpretation
Longer hikes may be available for more active travelers at most locations
Travel by van, ferry, rigid inflatable boat, small cruise and train
Canoe activity in calm water with two travelers per canoe; beginner-friendly and lasts about two hours
Not appropriate for travelers using wheelchairs or walkers
Daytime temps range from the upper 50s to upper 60s°F in late spring and summer
Fall temps range in the 50s°F, occasionally dipping into the upper 40s
Weather is unpredictable; rain is likely at any point during the trip
Travelers should expect variable conditions and dress in layers, including a waterproof outer layer
