Physical Requirements
At Natural Habitat Adventures, we provide access to some of the most wondrous nature encounters the world has to offer. Many take place in destinations that are wild and remote, with varying physical demands and limited medical facilities. All trips may not be suitable for every traveler. In order to participate in this itinerary, travelers must comfortably and reliably be able to execute all physical requirements as noted below—or talk with an Adventure Specialist who can recommend a trip that’s just right for you.

One day with a 7+ hour drive to Murchison Falls
Boat Rides along the Nile
Early morning departures for treks and wildlife viewing
Treks can be anywhere from 1-8 hours on steep, wet, uneaven terrain
Travelers must be able to handle 3–4 hours of physical activity on several trip days
Longer hikes may be available for more active travelers
Travelers must be comfrotable walking unassisted around camp
Travel by closed 4x4 safari vehicle on bumpy, winding, dirt, gravel and paved roads
