Important Information
For all of our departures except those to the lower 48 states, each guest is required to have a minimum of $250,000 USD medical evacuation insurance. Medical evacuation insurance that meets or exceeds the minimum amount is included in our Comprehensive Travel Protection Plan and can also be purchased separately (Medical Evacuation Only Plan).
All travel insurance is non-refundable after the 10-day review period. If insurance has been quoted on your invoice, please accept or decline the policy.
In the event you do need to file a claim, we are committed to helping you through the entire process. We will assist you with paperwork and make sure you have all the information you need to expedite a smooth claim process.
The travel insurance coverage Natural Habitat Adventures offers is underwritten by Arch Insurance Company, NAIC#11150, and policies are administered by Arch Insurance Solutions Inc. Guests may contact Arch Insurance Solutions Inc. at 1-844-872-4163 if they have questions.
