Rosa CamposField Operations Specialist - Mexico
I was born and raised in Loreto, Mexico, and have been proudly working with Natural Habitat Adventures since 1998. I began my career as a transfer agent, welcoming guests at the airport and assisting with arrivals and departures. In those early years, travelers were flown to San Ignacio Lagoon in caravan planes, with groups of up to 20 passengers. Over time, operations evolved to include ground transportation by vans and buses.
As my experience grew, I became increasingly involved in logistics and guest services, including organizing welcome and farewell dinners, arranging local tours in Loreto, and guiding groups on overland journeys to San Ignacio Lagoon. Three years ago, I officially became a member of the Local Field Team, a role I am incredibly proud to hold.
I truly enjoy meeting new guests each year and being part of such an inspiring company. I also deeply value the camaraderie and dedication of our Loreto team.
Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about giving back to my community. I serve as the president of a local foundation focused on supporting at-risk children. Our current project involves remodeling a foster home in Loreto. We have successfully built two bedrooms and are in the process of constructing three more to better serve the children in need.
