Physical Requirements
At Nat Hab, we provide access to some of the most wondrous nature encounters the world has to offer. Many take place in destinations that are wild and remote, with varying physical demands and limited medical facilities. All trips may not be suitable for every traveler. In order to participate in this itinerary, travelers must comfortably and reliably be able to execute all physical requirements as noted below.

Walks range from 1–3 miles and last 1–3 hours
Terrain can be hilly, rocky and uneven
Longer hikes may be available for more active travelers
This adventure includes two half days of flatwater river kayaking of approximately 3 to 4 hours each with breaks.
This trip is suitable for those with little to no paddling experience, but you should be willing to paddle up to 2 hours at a time in order to participate fully.
Travel by Sprinter or train
Transport is mostly on paved roads, with some well-maintained dirt roads
Not appropriate for travelers using wheelchairs, walkers or canes
Generally warm, dry and sunny; daytime temps range from 65–90°F
Evenings and mornings cool to the low 50s–60s°F
Water temps typically hover around 70–75°F
Strong wind and light rain showers possible on the river; storms are infrequent but can occur
