San Jorge Eco Lodge is located in the Andes foothills just outside Quito, yet its tranquil environs are a world apart. Our accommodations are in a gracious 18th-century mountain hacienda surrounded by beautiful gardens and situated on 200 acres of untouched, protected land. This botanical reserve was set aside to preserve the natural habitat of the many endemic plants, animals and more than 90 different species of birds, native only to the Andes region. Comfortable rooms have private baths, while public spaces include a lounge, game room, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and small museum. Wi-Fi is offered in the upper level rooms and courtyard. The resort's El Cucayco Restaurant overlooking the valley of Quito serves excellent Ecuadorian and international cuisine.
