Guest rooms feature warm tones and locally crafted Malagasy wood furnishings, including writing desks, armchairs and coffee tables. Large windows overlook the gardens. Queen beds are draped in colorful woven linens, and tiled en suite bathrooms have showers and hair dryers. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibars and tea and coffee facilities.

A heated outdoor pool is surrounded by wooden patio furniture, colorful umbrellas and gardens. The spa offers massages, a sauna, steam bath and hammam treatments using local essential oils. Solar panels supply 40% of the hotel's energy, while solar heating provides hot water and treated wastewater is reused for irrigation. A 3.2-acre permaculture and reforestation area supplies kitchen produce, and the hotel reports recovering 98% of its collected waste in 2025.
