This modern mountain chalet is situated inside the Labahe Nature Reserve, where the river and broadleaf forest meet, and wildlife abounds.

Our hotel is backdropped by the Hengduan Mountains and boasts a lake with a lantern-lit path and waterfall feature. This tranquil setting attracts brilliant birdlife, playful monkeys, Tibetan emirates and sambar deer, which roam the property, delighting in the fresh water and salt lick.

With 180 spacious rooms, a café and an on-site restaurant, the Labahe Lanshuijing Hotel is a comfortable and convenient base for our daily excursions. Guest spaces are contemporary and cozy, with heated floors, extra blankets and private bathrooms.

Walking trails lead into the reserve, home to the elusive and endearing red panda and other native species, including Chinese serow, Tibetan macaque, red and white giant flying squirrels, Chinese leopard cat, masked civet cat and golden takin.
