The Island Odyssey is a custom 68-foot ketch with design, safety, privacy and comfort features that make her ideally suited for intimate exploration of British Columbia's protected coastal waters. The vessel features seven double-occupancy guest cabins, three shared heads with hot showers, a spacious lounge with an extensive natural history library, and a well-equipped galley in which our onboard cook prepares hearty and savory meals. On deck, a large covered seating area provides shelter in any weather. The Island Odyssey also carries a small fleet of kayaks and rigid inflatable rafts for closer coastline exploration. A certified Canadian Ministry of Passenger Transport vessel, Island Odyssey has all the essential safety equipment and electronic navigation aids for sailing these remote waters. Although the boat holds 14 guests plus crew, we limit our group size to just 12 travelers, for added comfort. Even so, please sign on to this adventure knowing that space aboard a sailing vessel such as this is very limited, both in the cabins and in common areas.
