Physical Requirements
At Nat Hab, we provide access to some of the most wondrous nature encounters the world has to offer. Many take place in destinations that are wild and remote, with varying physical demands and limited medical facilities. All trips may not be suitable for every traveler. In order to participate in this itinerary, travelers must comfortably and reliably be able to execute all physical requirements as noted below.

Walks range from 2–5 miles each, with most activities adjustable in length
Travelers should expect to walk a total of 3–6 miles per day
Terrain is mostly unpaved gravel or dirt paths, with occasional walks through wet or muddy fields
Longer hikes may be available for more active travelers at most locations
Travel by van or mini-coach
Transport is mostly on paved roads, with some well-maintained dirt roads
Not appropriate for travelers using wheelchairs or walkers
On some walks, travelers may need to step up and over a wooden stile—a low barrier that restricts livestock but allows human passage—which may require good knee and hip mobility
Daytime temps range from the 50s to low 70s°F year-round, warmer in summer
Overnight temps are cooler but generally mild
Climate is moderate year-round; rain is possible even in summer
