Physical Requirements
At Nat Hab, we provide access to some of the most wondrous nature encounters the world has to offer. Many take place in destinations that are wild and remote, with varying physical demands and limited medical facilities. All trips may not be suitable for every traveler. In order to participate in this itinerary, travelers must comfortably and reliably be able to execute all physical requirements as noted below.

2 accommodations in 10 days (one land-based, one ship-based)
Occasional early mornings to maximize exploration time
Travelers must be able to walk unassisted at a steady pace for at least 2 miles over uneven, muddy trails with roots and rocks, including one uphill hike on Day 2
Wet landings require stepping out of Zodiacs and walking through water over uneven beaches
Travel by scheduled flight, bus, van, ship and Zodiac
Travelers must enter and exit Zodiacs and other vessels with minimal assistance; the ship requires navigating stairs and tight spaces
Kayaking is available but optional
Not appropriate for travelers using wheelchairs, walkers or canes
Travelers must have good balance and mobility
Daytime temps range from the 40s to 60s°F in spring, often with frequent rain
Summer temps can reach the 80s°F, with a mix of sunny, cold, windy, or rainy days
Rain is possible at any time
Travelers should expect variable conditions and dress in layers, including a waterproof outer layer
