Physical Requirements
At Nat Hab, we provide access to some of the most wondrous nature encounters the world has to offer. Many take place in destinations that are wild and remote, with varying physical demands and limited medical facilities. All trips may not be suitable for every traveler. In order to participate in this itinerary, travelers must comfortably and reliably be able to execute all physical requirements as noted below.

Visit two locations over six days
Early evenings and late nights are scheduled to allow maximum time for bear viewing and golden hour photography
The itinerary includes extended periods of stationary bear viewing at camp
Travelers must be able to walk unassisted up to 6 miles per day in chest waders while carrying personal gear
Terrain includes uneven gravel paths, boardwalks, tall grass, muddy puddles, and shallow streams
Travel by 15-passenger van, chartered jets and float planes
Travelers must have balance and upper body strength to climb in and out of bush planes
Not appropriate for travelers using wheelchairs, walkers or canes
Daytime temps range from 35–60°F
Weather can shift quickly between sun and rain
