Spend Two Unforgettable Nights in One of Africa’s Most Luxurious Bush Lodges
Day 1: Nairobi/Ol Donyo Lodge
After flying to Nairobi with our group, we will bid them farewell and board our late afternoon flight from the domestic airport to Ol Donyo Lodge.
Day 2: Ol Donyo Lodge
Ol Donyo Lodge sits within the Chyulu Hills, the youngest range of volcanic mountains in Africa. The lodge is located halfway between Tsavo and Amboseli national parks on a concession of 300,000 acres of communally owned Maasai land, known as Mbirikani Group Ranch. The open plains, rolling hills and views of snow-capped Kilimanjaro evoke romantic images of Africa as it was a century ago. Abundant wildlife and Maasai herdsmen live in harmony with nature in this unspoiled corner of Kenya. The Masailand Preservation Trust is the lodge's link with the people of the area, and the Trust maintains a series of important projects including predator conservation, education, water management, re-forestation, and livestock management training. When you visit Ol Donyo Lodge, you are not just a tourist, but a participant and contributor to the survival of the region's fauna and flora and the advancement of a noble people.
Day and night game drives, bush walks, bike rides and horseback excursions are all available means for exploring this magnificent natural area. Common animal species seen include, lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant, buffalo, giraffe and a variety of plains game.
In the evenings, we retire to the comfort of the lodge, which offers 10 luxurious guest suites in six stand-alone lodges. Each suite and lodge are designed and positioned slightly differently. All are luxurious and opulent, while retaining the atmosphere and sense of place that is an essential ingredient of an outstanding bush lodge. All but two have their own private pool(s). All of Ol Donyo Lodge's bedrooms have rooftop "star beds" and a sundowner area where guests enjoy dramatic views over the plains and Mount Kilimanjaro, allowing the more adventurous the option to sleep out under the stars safely and comfortably.
Day 3: Ol Donyo Lodge/Nairobi/Depart
Today we fly back to Nairobi, where we can relax in dayrooms before transferring to the international airport for our departure flights.

Studies suggest that two-thirds of the world’s polar bear population could be gone by 2050. And if current warming trends continue unabated, WWF scientists and other researchers believe that polar bears may disappear altogether within 100 years. WWF is intent on preventing this from happening.
