Lords of Two Continents: Asian and African Elephants
Two seasoned safari guides from two different continents get together to discuss their favorite animals: elephants. Come along on a virtual safari led by Nat Hab Expedition Leaders Richard De Gouveia from South Africa and Aditya Panda from India as they chat about these gentle giants. They’ll compare features, behavior and natural history of the only two elephant species that survive today: African and Asian elephants. Learn in detail about what makes these amazing creatures so wonderful and the conservation challenges they face. Find out what it’s like to watch them in the wild on a safari in Africa or India, and where the best locations are for elephant viewing.
