Amit was born in New Delhi, India, and spent most of his childhood discovering nature in the rural green space on the outskirts of the city. Summer vacations were for running through the fields, jumping around wells and eating healthy, organic homegrown food. At night, Amit’s gaze was drawn upward, counting stars and gazing at planes, fascinated by their lights in the sky. Though his boyhood dream was to become a pilot, Amit first went to work for an airline as a ground staff member. He went on to complete an MBA from the prestigious Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, setting his sights on achieving the zenith of customer-centric service in the aviation and travel sector. He earned a certificate from the Max Muller Institute, then enhanced his training further, pursuing hotel management to expand his skill set in the hospitality arena while also pursuing foreign language education. With his focus trained on a fulfilling airline career, Amit found a dream position with British Airways as SME and later joined CWT as team leader. A confirmed foodie, Amit avidly pursues a love for diverse and creative cuisine. He also enjoys spending time with his family, including playing badminton with his son and helping his wife in her baking profession. Amit is enthused to combine his background in air travel, the hotel industry and customer service to serve as Nat Hab’s ace after-hours specialist, helping our travelers navigate the inevitable snafus that occasionally arise in international travel.
