While superlatives strive to convey the grandeur of Alaska, they never quite manage to capture the reality. But you’ll find it on this peerless wilderness adventure! In the company of top naturalist guides, experience the remote backcountry of Denali National Park where grizzlies, wolves and caribou roam the tundra beneath the Alaska Range. Ride the historic Alaska Railroad over Moose Pass to Seward. Look for whales, otters and puffins in Kenai Fjords, cruise to the face of a tidewater glacier, and overnight on private Fox Island. Then, cap off your northern safari with the world’s best bear viewing! Following the seasonal patterns of the bears, our itinerary includes either our private Bear Camp in Lake Clark National Park or a visit to Katmai National Park when the salmon are running up the Brooks River. Discover the real Alaska: bigger, wilder and more enthralling than you ever imagined!
