In addition to taking care of the big things, there were several little individual touches she added that made the trip more memorable and fun. She was always cheerful and pleasant and made the mood of the trip very positive. In addition, I have to give her special praise because she knew that I was interested in doing some hiking that was a bit more challenging than what was planned for the rest of the group. Without me asking her to, she arranged for another guide from the local company to take me on a separate hike while she led the rest of the group! I was really excited by this unexpected opportunity and I think it's a testament to how much care and attention she puts into making sure each of her guests is having the best experience possible."
