An expert photographer-naturalist leads this immersive journey into the realm of the polar bear
L. Saunders
"To start with, I am not a 'tour' person -- I generally prefer to research an area and travel on our own at our own speed. However, both my husband and I are already looking at what Nat Hab tours we want to go on next! I cannot say enough good things about Brad. He definitely kept us busy -- but to me that's what this type of tour is all about. This is not an inexpensive tour, so I always worry that I'm going to get comparable value for the amount we are spending -- Brad did that and more. My husband and I travel (a lot) to learn about new things and have interesting experiences -- Brad did that for us and more. Also, my primary reason for taking the photography tour was to learn more about photography and how to get interesting pictures in surroundings different from my usual wanderings -- and Brad did that and more. He was always trying to find new and interesting things for us to see and photograph, and he was always available to answer a question about how to take a picture in a new and interesting way. What I enjoyed most was the ability to see a part of the world I've never been to before in an interesting way. Comfort isn't the most important thing for me when I have a chance to learn new things and photograph such wonderful animals."
G. Kay
"What we enjoyed most was the viewing and photographing the polar bears. Of all the trips we have taken the logistics on this trip was among tops. The attention to details especially at the conclusion of the trip was spectacular."
D. Robbins
"Brent was energetic and enthusiastic. His goal was to put us in the right position to get the photograph, which he accomplished admirably. He was a pleasure to talk to or listen to as he shared a wealth of information about the bears and the tundra. This was an excellent experience. I've been surrounded by lions in Kenya, and penguins in the Antarctic. Being surrounded by polar bears is the equal of those experiences."
L. Ruppel
"I can't say enough about Eric. Obviously he has done these trips many times, but he made us feel special as he shared so many items of interest about the area, animals and photography, His people skills are great and he has a remarkable storage of natural science data in his head that he shared with us. The smoothness of the experience was the most enjoyable aspect. The planning, execution and logistics went very well. And of course the BEARS were much enjoyed. Hard to think that we might not have seen bears but I can say that Eric would have made the trip enjoyable had they already left the area."
A. Ansell
"Eric was a brilliant Leader. Knowledgeable, friendly, passionate about the place and his photography. He spent ages helping people, giving mini presentations and always on the lookout to give advice. Also very caring and always checking everyone was OK. Great sense of humor too. I appreciated the incredible professionalism and attention to detail all the way through the trip. We had previously been to Churchill with another company who was a huge disappointment!!"

Studies suggest that two-thirds of the world’s polar bear population could be gone by 2050. And if current warming trends continue unabated, WWF scientists and other researchers believe that polar bears may disappear altogether within 100 years. WWF is intent on preventing this from happening.
