Roberto guided in the Galapagos Islands for two years be-fore focusing on mainland Ecuador and Quito. For 15 years, his dedication to service, charming personality and knowledge of local cultures have endeared him to travelers from around the world. He is one of NHA’s top local guides and definitely the face you want to greet you at the airport.
Praise from Natural Habitat travelers:
"He would rate a five out of five in every category. He drove us the 90 minutes to and from the hacienda for our horse back riding adventure. During that time, Roberto never stopped telling us interesting stories about Ecuador or listening to stories about the U.S.A. He is well-traveled and an interesting person. We were very glad to get to know him."
“His knowledge, professionalism and patience was amazing. I always felt informed and secure.”
“Very good! Excellent and professional.”
"Roberto made the mainland part of our trip so fantastic, including lots of unique touches that it seemed only he could arrange due to his special relationships in the area."
"It turned out to be quite important indeed to have the services of our own guide in Quito--he took us to the Otavalo Market and showed us plenty of stuff we'd have never seen had we done this on our own."
