Fabio Trujillo may be known best for his great smile and infectious enthusiasm, which infuse every element of his work as a naturalist guide. He holds a degree in Geo and Eco Tourism from the University of Panama, the ideal educational context for his vocation. Fabio's love of nature and passion for the outdoors have motivated him to explore virtually every facet of the Isthmus of Panama. One of Panama's most enthusiastic guides, he has been sharing his country's natural history and wondrous biodiversity with groups since 2004, when he began his career working in Panama's Metropolitan Natural Park. Fabio enjoys guiding groups in a variety of contexts, including hiking, mountaineering, rafting, kayaking and trips focused on history, anthropology and culture. His background includes special expertise in aquatic and mountain environs, natural history interpretation, remote first aid and rescue, team building and leadership development, as well as the NHA Training and Certification Program offered by the Panamanian Association of Sustainable Tourism.
