The variety of animals and the fact that you can get so close was fantastic. It was terrific to have 2 quides, and both were impressive. To have that much enthusiasm and customer service and patience and warmth after leading tours over many years is impressive. I can't say a negative thing. I was incredibly scared to snorkel but really wanted to try it and with their support and guidance I deep water snorkeled - twice!! Their knowledge is expansive and they communicated easily. Yes, and their patience is great. You could tell they really enjoy what they do and love their country and the animals. That made the trip much more personal and attentive to detail."
