“The accommodations and the itinerary were just what I was looking for! And, of course, the NatHab leader was fabulous. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and tremendously competent in his field. I cannot believe how you get the great guides that you do.”
E. Joseph
"I’ve wanted to see the Galapagos for years, and this trip allowed me to do it without having to stay on a ship. It turned out great! The hotels, guides and excursions were fantastic in every way – we loved it!"
G. Colasacco
"This was my second trip to the Galapagos with NHA, but my first time 'by land'. The excursions and accommodations chosen created the perfect combination of wildlife, culture and diverse landscape. Our guide was truly amazing. His knowledge of the flora and fauna helped us to really understand the beauty and uniqueness of the Galapagos. He could not have done more to make everyone's trip truly memorable. I’ve already signed up to go back and do this trip again next year. I am so spoiled dealing with NHA, where everything goes so smoothly---and I feel lucky to have found them for my travel company."
S. Sobek
“Gustavo made this trip what it was! In addition to his extensive knowledge (he was a virtual encyclopedia!) his interpersonal skills were entirely remarkable! He was genuine in his attentiveness, extraordinarily patient and good humored. I could not imagine anyone more suited for this job!”
M. & R. Robinson
“Roberto has an encyclopedic mind. No matter the subject, whether about aspects of our natural history focus or anything else, he had facts about it. He did not try to persuade anyone to a particular view point. He just contributed knowledge in a quiet, often humorous, manner. I have been on many NHA and WWF trips and he is the best! He was also personally helpful to many of us. He directed some to places for specific purchases and was most helpful with health problems. All of us were saddened that he became sick and we lost him for the last two days of our trip. I hope to personally send him regards and thanks. The whole experience was marvelous. Roberto and all the crew made the trip memorable. The crew was easy going, friendly and helpful. The chef provided excellent fare. However, I must say that the animals and ecosystems of the Galapagos are a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It’s a cliche, but it fits! The fact that NHA helps to maintain the natural environment for Galapagos creatures is very important to me and, I believe, to all those on our trip. We were all of like mind in the importance of maintaining the environment without imposing a human presence any more than needed, and educating others about the value of this unique place on earth."
C. Burgos
“The tree houses at camp were the high light of the trips - it was so different than anything we had done and really made the trip special with the tortoises there in the morning. The kids loved it! The same with the island with only 125 inhabitants and the cabins by the ocean - incredible!”
E. Hegelund
"I loved all the places we stayed. The Galapagos Safari camp was amazing. I loved the pool, the sunset pavilion and our tents were magnificent. The Red Mangrove was nice as well. Very much a hotel but comfortable and well appointed. I loved all the snorkeling and learning all about the animals. I have never done a tour before because honestly, I don't like to feel trapped within a schedule but this was not a tour. It was an education. The entire trip exceeded my expectations and I will be talking about it forever."
D. Granof
"Roberto is a major asset to your company! He not only made sure everything ran smoothly, but also his incredible knowledge of the Galapagos made the trip special."
R. Bilan
"The guides were outstanding; they opened our eyes, enriched and deepened our understanding, and raised our interest levels. In many ways, they "made " the trip the experience of a lifetime. They were also great people. Seeing these areas of the world up close and in a hands-on (or boots on the ground) way with expert guidance was what we enjoyed most."

Studies suggest that two-thirds of the world’s polar bear population could be gone by 2050. And if current warming trends continue unabated, WWF scientists and other researchers believe that polar bears may disappear altogether within 100 years. WWF is intent on preventing this from happening.
