This adventure does not require a high degree of physical fitness. In order to participate, travelers should be able to walk at least 1 mile unassisted over rough, uneven terrain, occasionally involving steep inclines, and in potentially muddy, slippery conditions. Expect several short- to medium-length walks. We will also cross a series of hanging bridges, which can be expected to bounce and sway and are often several feet above the forest floor. Please keep in mind that all activities are optional. Travelers should be aware that the heat and humidity may be very high, and roads may be bumpy.
