See More of Wild Tanzania—Including the Great Migration—Away from Crowds!
"The expertise of our Expedition Leader added tremendously to the adventure! I enjoyed seeing the different parts of the country and different game parks. The small number of travelers was great and there was a lot of room in the Jeeps. I loved this trip! Thank you and the Natural Habitat team for everything!"
“Our guide was beyond any expectation. He is so knowledgeable and his love of what he does is clear. Because of his expertise, we were able to see things we found others weren’t able to do on their own.”

"How do you keep getting better and better guides? This was our 5th trip with you and it seems that at every turn your guides amaze us. On this trip, (our guide) made the trip the success that it was. It seems that this has been the case with each and every trip we've been on with Natural Habitat... we will continue as dedicated Natural Habitat supporters."
"Our entire experience was fabulous! We have no complaints, issues, or concerns. This trip exceeded our expectations in every way. We had no idea we'd be so close to so many animals nor that the animals would just stay and let us watch them. The accommodations were great and everyone we met was so friendly and happy we were there. The design of this trip seemed perfect - we stayed at each park and camp for the right number of nights to maximize our viewing pleasure. The meals were beyond our expectations as we figured they would be very basic - meat and potatoes. We can not think of a single thing we would have changed. So, the least enjoyable part of the trip....having to leave."
"We were fortunate to choose this trip as we saw plenty of others along the way in crowded safari hotels or lodges. The out of the way camps we stayed at, set in our own oasis, was what I have come to dream that Africa was about, and this trip truly delivered. Thank you for a very special experience."
"The camps made this trip. Being able to get away from other visitors, in our own safari trucks, with our own camps, made all the difference in the world. We loved this trip for it's out-of-the-way nature and for the great guide we had -- he was remarkable with wildlife and a great person as well."
"The immense knowledge, sharp eyes for spotting, and patience for the photographers was much appreciated from our guides. As I had a short illness and some walking issues, the care given was so welcome. They were our friends..lots of laughs...amazing how they could drive the challenging roads, spot the distant leopard, converse in swahili on the radio and explain in detail all about the flora and fauna...all at once. I miss them already!"

“Thank you so much for everything! Our trip was the best we’ve ever been on – absolutely magical! Africa has been a dream of ours for many years – thanks for helping to make our dream safari come true! Now we can’t wait to go again!”
“For me, it was the trip of a lifetime and went off beautifully.”
"I had a truly fantastic time on this trip! I loved getting to see such a wide range of animals and landscapes. I had hoped I would see many animals (and a wide array of them) and the trip exceeded my expectations. In addition, I had been on a walking safari once before and enjoyed it—but the walking safari we went on in Tarangire was outstanding, blew the other one I had been on out of the water, and was one of my favorite experiences of the trip. I also thought it was wonderful to be able to go to a number of different national parks and conservation areas, but they were all so great that at times I wished we could stay a little longer in some areas. I also very much enjoyed visiting a Maasai boma and meeting and learning from one of the fathers. I was initially wary of the visit because I visited a cultural village on another trip and it felt like people had to “perform” for visitors. However, because we went to a boma and spoke with someone our trip leader had a relationship with, our experience felt real and unforced, and was also much more informative. I really encourage Natural Habitat to continue this type of visit, rather than going to a staged cultural village."
