Can you imagine the sight and sound of a hundred elephants marching by your Land Rover at close range? In the wilds of Botswana, that’s not unheard of. In fact, Botswana offers a safari experience evocative of earlier days, when the African wilderness was uncrowded and synonymous with adventure. Our private expedition camps make that possible still, situated deep in the bush among buffalo, elephants, zebras, gemsbok, kudu, hartebeest, giraffes, lions, leopards, cheetahs, warthogs, hyenas and hippos. A commitment to small-scale eco-travel is sustaining vast animal populations in Botswana, and we can’t wait to share the wonders with you.

A very important feature of our trips is the limited group size as nature expeditions are best experienced with smaller sized groups of travelers.

Included
Accommodations, all meals from dinner on Day 1 through lunch on the final day, all house alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, charter air & transfers throughout the safari portion, NHA’s professional Expedition Leaders, permits & park fees.

Not Included

Travel to and from start and end point of trip, all gratuities, passport and visa fees, items of a personal nature (souvenirs, phone calls, etc.), airport and government taxes (if applicable), premium liquors, required medical evacuation insurance.

Physical Requirements
Easy
Our walking activities are usually short and optional. We do, however, recommend that travelers who participate in these programs be of an adventurous spirit, as they will often enjoy the very closest of animal encounters.

Getting There & Getting Home
You must arrive in Livingstone, Zambia by 3pm on Day 1 and can depart Maun, Botswana after 3pm on the final day.
