Our Expedition Leader's energy, sheer delight in the wildlife and beauty of the landscape, and great sense of humor made the trip incredibly fun and inspiring. His knowledge about Costa Rica is expansive and communicated so easily and in such an engaging way. He was so entertaining for the kids - especially his howler monkey imitation and frequent exclamation of Pura Vida! Our other guide was equally exceptional. She was always thinking about what we needed, especially our family, with the youngest child in the mix (5 years old). She offered to take Lily on the more mellow excursions so we could go off and do more vigorous activities with our older kids. She was incredibly warm and caring. Our girls just loved her and cried when saying goodbye. We are just back from our trip and all of us are missing both of them dearly!! We want to add that our driver was also a big part of our tour "family" - everyone loved him!"
