Classic Antarctica Expedition
Discover the Antarctic Wilderness Aboard One of Our Carefully Chosen Ships
Antarctica. The name alone is epic. No place is more synonymous with adventure, extremes and pristine wilderness. Though rumored to exist even among the ancient Greeks, no human laid sight on Antarctica until 1820. The most intrepid expeditions in history penetrated its inner reaches less than a century ago. Today, its white wonders are within reach of anyone with an explorer’s spirit. Our small ship floats among colossal icebergs and giant blue whales, while thousands of penguins congregate ashore. Antarctica arguably supersedes any place on earth in provoking a traveler’s awe, and no less now than for Shackleton or Amundsen.
Natural Habitat Adventures can arrange for you to join departures aboard a selection of independently operated ships. We recognize that different people have different tastes and, after having been on an enormous number of ships, we selected this collection to provide our guests with the best Antarctic expedition possible. We encourage you to call one of our Adventure Specialists to help you determine which ship might best suit your needs.
